Q. How does the training work online?

A. You are in charge of your own training, you can work through each module lesson by lesson and mark them as complete once you’ve finished each one.

Q. How do I know if I’m suitable for DistilledU?

A. Anyone that wants to become an SEO practitioner or refresh their knowledge should sign up for DistilledU. More advanced practitioners should check out the public roadmap and sign up to hear when we release more.

Q. How do I upgrade to access all modules?

A. To access all DistilledU modules you'll need to upgrade to a paid account. To do this click here.

Q. What credit / debit cards do you accept for payments?

A. We accept all major card payments, from anywhere in the world: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express...even Diners Club and JCB. We use Braintree for credit / debit card processing - they're fast, secure and reliable.

Q. How do I change the credit /debit card used to pay for my subscription ?

A. You can change the credit / debit on your account at any time at any time, via the change payment method page.

Q. How do I access the training modules once I’ve subscribed?

A. Go to My DistilledU, all the modules are accessible here. Please note that you will need to sign in to your account.

Q. Do you offer corporate or group rates?

A. Please contact us with your username and details on how many people you want to sign up and we'll see what we can arrange for you.

Q. Can I cancel my subscription?

A. Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time, via your DistilledU admin page.

Q. If I cancel my subscription am I able to signup again and resume where I left off?

A. Yes. Your progress will be saved to your Distilled store account and you can resume your modules when you re-subscribe.

Q. How do the clocks work?

A. The clocks are there to provide you with a rough estimate of how long each module may take to complete. The clocks are not countdown timers, you should take as little or as long as you need.

Q. Can I skip a lesson or module if I already know how to do it?

A. You can mark any lesson you like as complete. There may however be key learnings within a module that you need to refresh your knowledge on. Plus, for some modules there are activities to complete before you move on to the next section.

Q. Can I jump between different modules?

A. Yes, you can move to a different module whenever you want. Just try not to mark as complete unless you’re sure you fully understood and completed the module.

Q. How often will you update DistilledU?

A. We will endeavour to produce new courses regularly, be sure to keep a check on your account for new modules. You can see the roadmap here.
