  1. We have been paying a company to manage our PPC, however, we are taking this on ourselves in the next several weeks. We've had a rudimentary knowledge of analytics use, but after looking at your presentation, we have a ways to go to have a more competent understanding of analytics. Thanks for posting the presentation. I've downloaded it.

  4. This was a great presentation, I really enjoyed it. I have hacked GA to report on first click + last click, but still don't trust the data I get back. Hopefully Google will continue to improve on GA, the new search funnels for Adwords are a step in the right direction, they should role this out for all vehicles so we can easily setup first + last click profiles.
    The most interesting part of that presentation was when I asked the panel about multi touchpoint vehicles and was told they are a waste of time. Really interesting stuff.
