Nick has been on the Seattle consulting team for just over a year now - driving web marketing strategies and digital projects for large eCommerce and enterprise SAAS clients. Before joining Distilled Nick spent a year with Amazon.com working as a marketing coordinator on their eCommerce product, Amazon Webstore. There he learned various strategies in eCommerce, email marketing and SEO.
Amazon was his first stop out of Western Washington University, where he graduated with a Marketing degree and some leadership under his belt as the President of the Student Marketing Association. At Western, Nick also deepened his life-long love for action sports, particularly snow sports and downhill mountain biking.
Weekends spent at Mt. Baker led him to found a custom ski and snowboard outerwear startup, an experience that has furthered his overall business acumen and refined his tactics for social media strategy, brand creation, and budget management. He is inspired to be at Distilled and have the opportunity to utilize his wide background in helping clients to define and optimize their marketing efforts.
Washington grown, Nick is also a sushi hound, loves a good hefeweizen, is devising imminent plans to purchase a snowmobile and also can be found building and flying RC airplane kits in his spare time.
