Cheri Percy Content and Community Manager

Cheri joined Distilled as a marketing intern and has recently become the London office’s Content and Community Manager [other working titles included Content Queen, Grammar puss and 2012’s Spelling Bee.]

Despite her name, Cheri isn’t French but did graduate from University of East Anglia having studied the language in June [almost certainly to appear as a more convincing Francophile]. Cheri has worked previous intern posts at The Guardian, BBC Radio Norfolk, and also, worked during her year abroad to set up the first ever edition of Ladyfest Paris in France’s capital; an independent arts festival celebrating and supporting women in music.

In a similarly femme themed manner, Cheri also continues to write as the Albums Editor for the girls are and uses her editorial skills here in London to manage the blog calendar across the three offices as well as collaborating on a number of guest posts within the industry. She would most like to appear within either Smashing Magazine or Rolling Stone.

Cheri enjoys baked goods, breakfast tea and most other things beginning with the letter B.
